To make "The Gravy" is a series of small steps.
First you have to decide what type of Meat or Meats to put in your gravy. Chef Darren and Chef Vincent
use ideas from both their mothers recipes. They included Pig Skin Braciole, Meat Balls with The Goomba Sauce, Sweet
Pork Sausages, Marinated Garlic, Olive Oil, place them in your pot and sautee them, so that the meats and
garlic brown, but not burn. Once the tomatoes are added the meat absorbs the spices and flavor... For that taste
like Mom use to make.
Chef Darren chop that garlic, Don't forget the Olive Oil. That is the trick to make that garlic brown!!!!

Slice the garlic and add to your meat. |
A good chef always tastes his product before releasing it to the public!!! Chef Vincent becareful not to eat all
of our the Goomba Gravy.. You have to save some for you know who.....
|
Don't let Mama catch you doing this!! |
Chef Darren takes pride in making the meatballs the way Mom use to make.. There are many different recipes to make
an authentic meatball.. At the Goomba Grill Chef Darren and Chef Vincent aren't afraid to push the envelope in experimenting
new ideas to make your visit at The Grill a night to remember!

Meat Ball's just the way Mama use to make |
Look at the choice of meats that the Culinary Geniuses decided to use for Mama's Sauce... Rumor has it that Chef
Darren and Chef Vincent, were offered $250,000.00 for the recipe for their Goomba Sauce... The chefs refused!!!!
